Sinopse:

Alice Abernathy (Milla Jovovich) continua sua batalha contra o sistema da Umbrella Corporation e a hostil Rainha Vermelha (Megan Charpentier), com a ajuda de seus amigos Jill Valentine (Sienna Guillory), Scott Leon Kennedy (Johann Urb), Wong Ada (Li Bingbing) , e sua filha Becky (Aryanna Engineer), continuando uma aliança com o ex-chefe da Umbrella, Albert Wesker (Shawn Roberts). Ao longo do caminho, eles vão reencontrar os ex-companheiros Chris Redfield (Wentworth Miller), Claire Redfield (Ali Larter) e Kmart (Spencer Locke). » O diretor Paul W. S. Anderson revelou que ‘Resident Evil 6‘ será seu último. “A ideia é que o próximo filme seja o último. Este é o começo do fim. Muitos personagens morrem e o próximo será o capítulo final”, revelou o diretor durante entrevista coletiva em Cancun. Anderson ainda se disse orgulhoso em conseguir sucesso em uma franquia estrelada por uma mulher (Milla Jovovich, sua esposa na vida real). “Quando eu vim para Hollywood, havia um estigma de que heroínas de ação não funcionavam. Eu pessoalmente nunca acreditei nisso.”, concluiu.

»  O sexto filme da franquia ‘Resident Evil 6‘ teve seu orçamento revelado: US$ 75 milhões. O valor é US$ 10 milhões mais caro que o último filme, ‘Resident Evil: Retribuição‘, que custou US$ 65 milhões e arrecadou saudáveis US$ 240 milhões mundialmente. O primeiro filme teve um orçamento de US$ 33 milhões, seguido por US$ 45 milhões do segundo e do terceiro. Já  ’Resident Evil 4: Recomeço‘ custou US$ 60 milhões e teve a maior arrecadação da franquia: US$ 296 milhões.

Synopsis :
